I have had the pleasure of being coached by Lorena on several occasions. At first, having had little acting training, I sought out Lorena’s skills in order to help me prepare for my theatre school audition. Lorena helped me centre myself, and helped me connect to the scene starting from a place of stillness. What felt unnatural at first eventually helped to get me out of my head and trust in the process. With her guidance, I was thrilled to get into my theatre school of choice! As a working actor, I have returned to Lorena when preparing for roles. Each time, she has helped me dive deeper into the character’s essence, remain connected to the honesty of the moment, and trust in the storytelling process. I enjoy Lorena’s human and compassionate approach. She is an extraordinary listener, and extremely respectful and professional.
